I’ve never invested in coaching before. What’s the investment amount?

I offer sliding scale. Pricing for a 1:1 coaching session ranges from $149 (USD) - $449 (USD). You can learn more about my pricing model here.

Why should i invest in Vesta vs. a strictly business course or program?

A typical business program most likely won't address how healing from trauma is a crucial aspect of sustainable entrepreneurship, and won’t be able to help you with the inevitable anxiety spirals, "lows," and valleys of building a business. Inside Vesta, you'll learn why you're experiencing what you're experiencing, the tools to regulate your nervous system, and how to handle the inevitable challenges of starting your business.

You'll also learn how to rectify your hatred of capitalism and being an entrepreneur. Inside Vesta, we acknowledge the harm that capitalism causes. You’ll learn anti-capitalist strategies that feel intuitively good and aligned. You’ll be able to craft an authentically aligned business model and strategy, so you don't feel gross promoting your work, or shameful for receiving money in exchange. This way you can focus on your creativity and making a big impact.

What sets you apart from other mindset coaches?

I’m a certified Trauma of Money facilitator, so I merge trauma-informed mindset and healing money trauma with the strategic side of building a business. When I started out as an entrepreneur I was really frustrated and felt like there was low-level gaslighting going on because standard mindset work doesn't get underneath the layers of trauma that are really at the root of what's keeping us stuck.

So, I created Vesta because it's *exactly* what I needed when I was a baby entrepreneur.

Vesta doesn't stay surface-level. You're going to learn how to let go of patterns and narratives that no longer serve you, how to adopt new ones, while also learning the nitty gritty of conscious marketing and selling, so you can heal, grow, and actually make money doing work you love.

Is vesta for newbie or experienced entrepreneurs?

Absolutely both! Vesta meets you where you're at!

how long is a typical coaching session and container?

Each session is 60 minutes and you have the option to meet with me weekly or biweekly. Healing and breakthroughs take time, so clients typically work with me for a minimum of four to eight sessions. I do not offer one-off or short-term appointments for new clients.

Will our coaching calls be at a date and time that works for my schedule?

Our coaching sessions will be determined by assessing both of our schedules. We come up with a day and time that works best for everyone! Because this container is intimate it's usually no problem to find a time and day that works for us both.

Do i have to have any knowledge of business before investing in coaching with you?

Absolutely not, my friend. Vesta is rooted in the foundations and fundamentals of entrepreneurship, so it is perfect for newbie entrepreneurs, as well as those who are already in business, but who might feel like they're missing the trauma-informed money healing and mindset pieces.

I’ve been in business for a little while, and i’m drawn to your trauma-informed approach. is coaching inside vesta suited for established entrepreneurs?

Vesta has benefitted entrepreneurs at any stage of their businesses. Many business-owners have worked with me because they had deep mindset blocks that they couldn't get past themselves.

It is very likely that Vesta will introduce you to new tools, resources, and ways of engaging in your business and life that you might not have considered before.

Do you offer refunds?

While I work with folks on a case-by-case basis, I don’t offer refunds for services already rendered.

In the event that a client needs to immediately end our working agreement for whatever reason (because I know life happens), we’ll chat about how to move forward that compassionately honors both the client’s needs, as well as my time, energy, and labor.
